The Lagree Method utilizes slow and controlled movements. By removing momentum from the exercises, the tension on muscles stays constant, activating more slow-twitch fat-burning muscle fibers. Grit HIIT is a dynamic 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to maximize fat burn, build lean muscle, and boost cardiovascular endurance. Class starts with a 20 minute VersaClimb workout then transitions to circuit training using kettlebells, weights and plyometric moves. With the repetitive motions this class will ensure lean muscle gain. Grit HIIT is suitable for all fitness levels.
